Wouldn't it be nice to fix problems before they interrupt business? Regular server/network maintenance is not a luxury; it’s a necessity to keep important data and services available to you and your staff. Regular maintenance also reduces Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and maximizes Return on Investment (ROI). Our Server Management Plan is designed to keep your system up and running at peak performance and rectify problems before they result in down time.

During a scheduled maintenance visit our technicians will make sure that things are running optimally, and prevent future problems before they become major catastrophes. Servers/network are dynamic. Data is constantly changing, software is continually upgraded, and malicious hackers work around the clock to find ways to further frustrate your computer systems. As the heart of your network, the server needs to be carefully managed to minimize any disruption of services. Servers offer premium, reliable and redundant systems, but unless a trained service technician is actively working to maintain your network, even the most redundant system can be disrupted.

When should we start?

We recommend that the server maintenance visits start two weeks after an initial install, or immediately on existing servers. Your service technician will recommend a precise date. Many of our clients find it useful to have this regular visit to resolve other non-critical issues. Contact us today for a free consulting assessment.
