Remote Assistance from APS provides a way for your business to get the help you need when you run into problems with your computers without ever having to wait for an onsite visit. Remote Assistance also provides a way for an APS tech to view your screen and help solve your problems, take control of your mouse, and even use your keyboard to help make selections on your screen. Everything you can see, we see and that helps us get to the solution faster than ever. All this provides faster solutions, quicker response times and more uptime to get your work done.

There are three ways to use Remote Assistance. Please take a look at the three easy ways to start using Remote Assistance with APS.

To use Remote Assistance:

  1. Visit the Website
Simply visit our Live Web Support System (http://aps-austin.com/support/) and register an account if you don’t already have one. Fill out basic information and choose your password. Please login to the support site. Then click on our Live Support Option. An APS tech will be right with you to start your Remote Assistance session. * Hours of operation at APS apply.

  2. E-mail us
Send an e-mail us stating and describing your problem and it gets automatically created in our support system with a tracking number. Then we can login to your company network and start your Remote Assistance session with your permission. * This option requires setup and a small fee may apply.

  3. Give us a call
