When you sign up for any of our IT Helpdesk Services, your business and employees are given complete support. The Live Web Support System from APS is designed for you and your employees to track and submit problems for ANY aspect of your network, servers or client machines. You don’t even have to visit a website to submit problems to APS.
How does it work?
The Live Web Support System works to categorize and manage IT support problems. Your problem never falls through the “cracks” at APS. We have designed a support system that maintains your ticket information, notifies our techs and then finally provides a solution to you. There are three ways to submit a support ticket to APS:
- Visit the Website
Simply visit our Live Web Support System (http://aps-austin.com/support/) and register an account if you don’t already have one. Fill out basic information and choose your password. Login and choose submit a ticket. State your problem and department and click submit. That’s it!
- E-mail us
Send an e-mail us stating and describing your problem and it gets automatically created in our support system with a tracking number. It even shows up in the history list of submitted tickets, when you login to the website.
- Give us a call
Sometimes access to the Internet goes down and sending a ticket via the web or e-mail is not an option or perhaps, you just want to talk to a friendly person. We understand and are more than happy to create your ticket via the phone. Simply tell us about the problem and we will start working on your issue right away!
